Equipment Isolation Procedures

Axis-developed Equipment Isolation Procedures are broken down at the major equipment level and contain the steps necessary to safely and efficiently isolate systems and equipment in preparation for maintenance activities.  This procedure will contain the steps to shut the equipment down, depressurize, drain/vent, and perform energy isolation steps to ensure the equipment is ready to be removed or serviced.

Axis-developed Equipment Isolation Procedures are designed to complement both CMMS and vendor data, as well as company policies (Permit to Work, Lockout Tagout, etc.)  This helps to ensure the safety of both individuals and equipment.
